 ecial guest is Alan Bartels\, author of the children’s book What’s Going D
 own in Prairie Dog Town?. At 1:00 pm\, Bartels will be doing a special rea
 ding of his book.\n\nIn addition to our special guest\, families will enjo
 y learning about cranes through hands on activities. There will be a migra
 tion challenge course with a series of games that help children learn abou
 t the crane migration. Guests of all ages will enjoy learning about crane 
 anatomy and diet at booths with hands-on activities. Children can also lea
 rn how to use binoculars\, try their hand at several carnival games\, and 
 many more activities.\n\nThis program is free to attend\, but free will do
 nations are encouraged.\n
