 for events on monthly Second Saturdays at the Prairie Pines Nature Preserv
 e located at 3100 N. 112th in northeast Lincoln Nebraska. The events are u
 sually 3-4 hours long and feature fun\, hands on nature-based educational 
 activities.The topic for this event is listed below.\n\nPrairie Pines Natu
 re Preserve Celebrates Earth Day Every Day – What on Earth Can We Do? 1 PM
  – 4 PM \n\nWe are on this earth together! Activities help us to understan
 d this incredible place we call home and those we share it with. Children 
 can learn about habitat and make wildflower seed balls to take home. Infor
 mation about climate change will be available. Prairie Pine’s trails and N
 ature Ninja course are open to the public from 8 AM – 5 PM on the “Second 
 Saturday” of the month. Children must be accompanied by adults. No pets pl
 ease. Please visit prairiepines.org for more information.\n\nWe are also i
 n need of naturalists to volunteer at our Welcome Center on all Saturdays 
 and Sundays to provide information and interpretation about Prairie Pines 
 and its habitat. The Welcome Center will be open from 9 AM - 5 PM. Half an
 d whole days volunteers are needed.\n\nPlease contact Sue if you have any 
 questions or would like to help. Thank you!
