 hill Crane Season have been scheduled.  Training will be offered at Rowe S
 anctuary and via webinars.  Webinars will be recorded for those who are un
 able to attend in person or view the webinar at the time of broadcast.  A 
 link to view the recorded webinars will be sent out via email to all volun
 teers.  A four-hour\, on-site training will also be offered in mid-Februar
 y for local volunteers.  Additional hands-on training will be provided eac
 h Monday morning during the season.  This Monday morning training is requi
 red for all new distance volunteers upon arrival\, and any new local volun
 teers who can’t make the mid-February on-site training.  All returning vol
 unteers are encouraged to participate in any or all of the training sessio
