  Naturalists to assist with the Call of the Wild-Nebraska BirdBlitz on May
  15 & 16\, 2021. As part of this collaborative effort to educate the publi
 c on declining bird populations\, this event focuses on identifying upland
  game birds during the breeding season (through audio calls)\, and other g
 rassland birds that might be observed. NE Master Naturalists can select on
 e day\, both days\, or part of one day to assist by being present at a sel
 ected location (selection up to the volunteer—recommendations available)\,
  and helping participants identify birds to record on iNaturalist 2021 Bir
 dblitz Challenge. Additional facts and fun activities are welcome! (Pheasa
 nts Forever has touchable items and activities available to use across the
  state with the Project WILD bird trucks as well). If you are interested i
