X-WR-CALDESC:Outdoor Educators and Volunteers\,\nFirst of all I would like 
 to THANK each and every one for participating in and making the Niobrara S
 tate Park’s Rendezvous possible.  We appreciate you taking the time from y
 our busy spring schedules to share your knowledge\, skills\, and passion f
 or the outdoors.  Your contributions will assist us greatly in perpetuatin
 g our outdoor traditions and heritage. \nThe Outdoor Educational Rendezvou
 s will take place on Friday May 6th\, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  We w
 ould like everyone to arrive at the Group Lodge between 7:00 – 8:00 am for
  coffee and donuts\, from there we will shuttle you to your activity stati
 on.  We want to maximize/reserve our event parking space for buses\, so pl
 ease use the shuttle service provided.  Lunch will be provided along with 
 bottled water\, which will be delivered to your station between 11:00 and 
 12:00.  You can also bring along your own snacks and drinks\, if you prefe
 r.  Please be prepared for the weather and dress accordingly.  In the near
  future\, we will be sending a duty Roster\, station map\, cabin assignmen
 ts\, and other event information.    \nFor those choosing to come the day 
 prior to the event (Thursday May 5th\, 2022)\, we will be hosting at the E
 agle View Group Lodge a social hour (Bring Your Own Drinks) at 5:00 PM fol
 lowed by an appreciation Dinner at 6:00 PM.  Please RSVP if you plan to at
 tend the Dinner.  Following the dinner we will present the “It’s in your N
 ature to be in Nature” program to be announced.\nThanks for all you do to
