 on programs is exploratory\, with hands-on investigations and open-ended a
 ctivities to encourage participants to make observations and come to their
  own conclusions. Discovery Leaders encourage exploration\, model good obs
 ervational skills\, and ask guided questions.\n\nField trips mainly occur 
 spring and fall. Any amount of help is appreciated\, from twice a week to
