The plant giveaway is limited to 160 househol ds\, but all members of the household are invited to the event for a famil y-friendly day. We are currently estimating approximately 250 participants .\n\nWe'd love to have as many local area\, eco-friendly businesses and or ganizations available at the vendor fair to educate and provide services t o the participants. You are welcome to sell any products that you may have . Children's activities are encouraged\, but not required. The name of the event 'Milkweed and Cookies' reflects the time of year with the monarch m igration and the importance of milkweed for the monarch's survival. Your v endor booth is not required to be monarch/milkweed themed but it is an ide a if you need one! \n \nThe Pollinator Alliance of the Heartland is a 501c 3 non-profit organization that focuses on pollinator conservation\, native plant gardening\, and education. Cookies and refreshments will be availab le during the event.
