Lauritzen Gardens Arbor Day Festival Exhibitor Invitation

9am-2:30pm
You’re invited to join us for the 2026 Arbor Day Festival! This important national holiday recognizes the importance of trees and was founded right here in Nebraska in 1872. Each year, the Lauritzen Gardens Arbor Day Festival welcomes hundreds of students from across the metro to learn about this important commemoration through hands-on activities and exploration. We hope you’ll consider joining us! Please submit your exhibitor registration no later than March 31.

As an exhibitor, we ask that you:
Provide at least two staff members or volunteers for your organization who can arrive between 8:00-8:45 to set-up for the event and can stay for the entire duration of the event. (You’re welcome to split the event into multiple shifts as needed.)
Come prepared with your own plant, animal and/or environment-related conservation/preservation mini-lesson that will take approximately 15 minutes.
Have an interactive display, presentation or activity that works well with groups of 15-30 children (handouts are not required, but are encouraged)

Additional notes:
· Please note this is an outdoor event, weather permitting.
· We expect to host over 2,000 students at this year’s event. Please note we stagger the school groups throughout the day to control the number of students within the garden at any given time.
· Lunch is provided to exhibitors. Your registration will include a chance to note any dietary restrictions.

What Information Do We Collect? How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
