Why are Nebraska's native trees so important?

Join Common Ground and Doane University's Human and Planetary Health Society Club to learn more about this topic from local expert, and owner of Great Plain Nursery, Heather Byers. Heather has a passion for growing and planting trees, and like many Nebraskans she feels a strong sense of stewardship when it comes to the environment.

Spring Creek Prairie Audubon Center will also be providing resources on plants for birds.
