CE: Sustainable Food Habits Workshop

Join UNO Sustainability and Conservation Nebraska for a conversation and demonstration of sustainable eating. Lauren from Prepped by Lauren and Kelly with UNO Sustainability will be discussing and presenting their strategies, tips, and tricks for planning, prepping, and cooking sustainable meals.
Topics they will cover include: food storage, menu building, where to shop, and which foods are most sustainable. They will also be doing a live demonstration by cooking and assembling an Asian Quinoa Salad. YUM!!
