Outdoor Educators and Volunteers,
First of all I would like to THANK each and every one for participating in and making the Niobrara State Park’s Rendezvous possible. We appreciate you taking the time from your busy spring schedules to share your knowledge, skills, and passion for the outdoors. Your contributions will assist us greatly in perpetuating our outdoor traditions and heritage.
The Outdoor Educational Rendezvous will take place on Friday May 6th, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We would like everyone to arrive at the Group Lodge between 7:00 – 8:00 am for coffee and donuts, from there we will shuttle you to your activity station. We want to maximize/reserve our event parking space for buses, so please use the shuttle service provided. Lunch will be provided along with bottled water, which will be delivered to your station between 11:00 and 12:00. You can also bring along your own snacks and drinks, if you prefer. Please be prepared for the weather and dress accordingly. In the near future, we will be sending a duty Roster, station map, cabin assignments, and other event information.
For those choosing to come the day prior to the event (Thursday May 5th, 2022), we will be hosting at the Eagle View Group Lodge a social hour (Bring Your Own Drinks) at 5:00 PM followed by an appreciation Dinner at 6:00 PM. Please RSVP if you plan to attend the Dinner. Following the dinner we will present the “It’s in your Nature to be in Nature” program to be announced.

What Information Do We Collect? When you visit our website you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our website.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations -- Our organization values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of user information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.
