Greetings All!

This is another reminder to RSVP today to join us for this year's Winter Celebration that will take place February 8th at Fontenelle Forest. This is a wonderful event to share and recognize the successes and efforts of our Nebraska Master Naturalist members. There are some great presenters lined up, as well as a potluck, silent auction and field guide book swap!
Registration is free, and now open: https://go.unl.edu/rf2y Please indicate if you will be bringing a potluck item. Friends and family of program members are also welcome to attend!

All funds raised in the silent auction will go towards the Nebraska Master Naturalist Foundation.

Field Guide Swap Details: Do you have field guides or nature themed books that you no longer use or would like to re-home to a loving naturalist? Are you someone who loves field guides or is looking to start a collection? The field guide swap is the opportunity for you. Please consider bringing in good condition field guides that another naturalist may want. Please limit your offerings to one box that you can carry! Naturalists in need, consider bringing an extra bag to haul away your new found treasures.

Volunteer Recognition: Master Naturalist that are in attendance and who have completed their volunteer service requirements in 2018 & 2019 will receive their re-certification lapel pin. And Members who have gone above and beyond the 20 hours of volunteer service will be rewarded with certificates at 100 hour increments. You must attend to receive your award!

2-3 hour birding and biking trip with Andrea Faas. She can pick you up or meet at a trail head for a casual biking and birding excursion. Locations would be within a 100 mile radius of Lincoln, NE. She can provide binoculars, spotting scope, snacks, and basic bicycle assistance. Valid on an agreed upon date in 2020. Value Priceless just kidding. $50.
